Spine care that puts you first.
Fellowship-Trained
Dr. Pompliano completed extra training focused only on the spine. Your care is built on that added depth of experience.
Surgery Comes Last
Most back and neck pain gets better without an operation. We try those options first and give them a fair chance.
Built To Keep You Moving
When surgery is the right call, he favors motion-sparing options like disc replacement and minimally invasive methods.
Care for the most common spine problems.
From a first flare-up to pain that will not let up, these are the conditions Dr. Pompliano treats most.
Get back to what you love.
Pain changes how you move, how you work, and how you sleep. Dr. Pompliano builds your care around your goals: your job, your family, and the things you enjoy. The aim is lasting function, not a quick fix.
For the right patients, motion-sparing surgery such as artificial disc replacement can ease pain while keeping the spine flexible. When fusion is the better answer, minimally invasive methods help shorten recovery.
